For my inhale, I listened to a social anxiety podcast by Sebastiaan van der Schrier. As I listened to the podcast, I was taking key points of it, then breaking those down into smaller bits. Then I interviewed a counsellor, and got her opinion, and added some of my own opinion. I then wrote a script, and made my podcast.
