For my inhale I listened to a podcast by Dan Harris on the power of negative thinking, I then recorded different notes on quotes that were important to me. I then created an infographic on piktochart to represent how important mindfulness is and how negative thinking can sometimes help you get over things that may seem like the end of the world.

    This is a very creative and innovative idea. Good job! You could fix your website though because it does not work.

    I like this idea but the link for the infographic isn’t working. It might just be my computer though.
